Focus was on Talent Management for IT people spread around the world in 45 countries. I lived in Netherlands with Philips International in Global HR role.
Cluster IT Director and Regional HR Director (IT) – January 2003 to August 2005
Till 2005 was responsible for IT activities of Philips Businesses and Group Companies in India besides having responsibility for other cluster countries in Indian Subcontinent & Australia, New Zealand. I was member of Asia Pacific IT Regional Management Team. I held dual responsibility of “Talent Mgmt” for Asia Pacific spanning 14 countries as REGIONAL HR DIRECTOR.

At Parke-Davis (India) Ltd in CIO role was responsible for the information systems function of the company. The systems were AS/400 based JDE solution with email running on MS-Exchange

At Rhone-Poulenc (India) Ltd was responsible for IS/IT services in India and Bangladesh. During 11 years at Rhone-Poulenc I handled from COBOL systems to Unix/Oracle and then to AS/400/BPCS ERP solutions. In CIO role I managed three generation of computing evolution for the organisation
