About the Blended Post Graduate Diploma in Management (formerly known as PGDM Online)
SPJIMR offers a two-year Blended Post Graduate Diploma in Management programme in collaboration with TimesPro. Through the Blended PGDM programme, SPJIMR is committed to making high-quality management education accessible to individuals across India and globally. This AICTE-approved, two-year Master’s-level programme is specially designed for working professionals seeking formal management education from a top-tier institute.
The Blended PGDM programme enables busy professionals to advance their career goals while continuing in their current roles, without the need to relocate. Its flexible design allows participants to learn at their own pace while ensuring they complete the programme on time. The industry-aligned curriculum enables participants to apply their learning in real time to their professional contexts. Upon successfully meeting the academic requirements set by SPJIMR’s Academic Council, participants will be awarded the Post Graduate Diploma in Management in blended mode.

The programme offers a total of 80 credits which is equivalent to 2400 hours of engagement, and is delivered primarily in synchronous mode with live interactive sessions by SPJIMR faculty.

Year II offers the participants to choose from three ‘micro-specialisations’ to suit their professional goals.

The Blended PGDM programme format is designed to offer working professionals the flexibility to self-pace their studies and complete the programme within 48 months. The schedule enables participants to attend classes in the evenings and on weekends, ensuring convenience alongside their professional commitments. The ‘Pay per Semester’ policy, introduced for the first time, allows participants to finance their education one semester at a time.
