We develop socially-sensitive leaders through our programmes, curriculum, and immersive experiences, such as social internships, mentoring, etc.


Our 4 Centres of Practice act as knowledge translation and student engagement hubs for selected communities. The Centres research affiliates (SPJIMR faculty and external faculty and thought leaders), SPJIMR staff, and participants interact with and contribute to these communities. The Centres also run specialised short and long-term programmes along with events and networking forums and offer other services as required to their target communities.

We actively pursue practice-oriented thought leadership that impacts professional communities and educators and focuses on emerging themes in innovation, leadership, and operational/functional excellence.

We enhance the international footprint of our social impact by leading and actively participating in global networks and initiatives like the PRME, GBSN, GMAC, Positive Impact Rating, the Haub SDG Dashboard, /etc.
