SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Executive Management Programme (PGEMP) is a 21-month modular programme that enables middle and senior management executives to transition into leadership roles. It helps high-potential professionals with more than five years of work experience pursue formal management education without taking a career break. PGEMP is accredited by the AMBA (Association of MBAs) in the United Kingdom, reflecting the highest level of success in postgraduate business education. The programme accepts five cohorts every year and has successfully onboarded over 100 batches.

SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Programme in General Management (PGPGM) is an AICTE-approved executive programme, designed for working professionals at mid to senior level, who wish to pursue an Executive MBA without taking a career break. Participants are awarded the AICTE-approved diploma, ‘PGDM – Executive Management Programme’, on successful completion of the programme. Accredited by international bodies AMBA and AACSB, PGPGM helps executives become C-Suite ready by strengthening strategic thinking and layering functional knowledge with a general management perspective.

Post Graduate Programme in Marketing & Business Management (PGPMBM) is a programme offered by SPJIMR, to prepare executives for a continuously evolving and disruptive business landscape.
