Malviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MMTTP)
The evolution of higher education under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 emphasises the importance of nurturing motivated and skilled young faculty members, promoting a learner-centric teaching approach, and collaboration among educational institutions and organisations. To achieve the objectives of NEP 2020, capacity building of faculty across all levels of higher education is vital. The Malaviya Mission empowers all faculty, equipping them to excel in research, inspire students, and become catalysts for the next generation of impactful leaders. It’s not just building educators; it’s shaping a leadership landscape for a brighter future. By nurturing leadership potential within young faculty, higher education institutes (HEIs) can act as springboards for future national success.
