About Post Graduate Executive Management Programme (PGEMP)

SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Executive Management Programme (PGEMP) is a 21-month modular programme that enables middle and senior management executives to transition into leadership roles. It helps high-potential professionals with more than five years of work experience pursue formal management education without taking a career break. PGEMP is recognised for addressing the industry need to develop managerial competencies and create a robust leadership pipeline for the organisation. It is accredited by the AMBA (Association of MBAs) in the United Kingdom, reflecting the highest level of success in postgraduate business education.

The programme accepts five cohorts every year and has successfully onboarded over 90 batches. It has transformed over 3000+ executives into well-rounded, action-oriented organisational leaders who have impacted positive change within their organisations and beyond.
