Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM)
SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) is an 18-month AICTE-approved General Management programme, ideal for experienced executives with over three years of work experience. The programme commences with an online module for two months, an on-campus residential module for 12 months, and four months of start-up/social impact projects and international immersion.

Post Graduate Executive Management Programme (PGEMP)
SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Executive Management Programme (PGEMP) is a 21-month modular programme that enables middle and senior management executives to transition into leadership roles. It helps high-potential professionals with more than five years of work experience pursue formal management education without taking a career break. PGEMP is accredited by the AMBA (Association of MBAs) in the United Kingdom, reflecting the highest level of success in postgraduate business education. The programme accepts five cohorts every year and has successfully onboarded over 100 batches.
Post Graduate Programme in General Management (PGPGM)
SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Programme in General Management (PGPGM) is an AICTE-approved alternate weekend programme, ideally suited for mid-career working executives who wish to pursue an MBA without taking a career break. Participants are awarded the AICTE-approved diploma, ‘PGDM – Executive Management Programme’, on successful completion of the PGPGM programme. PGPGM aims to shape leaders of tomorrow by layering functional knowledge with a general management perspective and strengthening critical thinking and decision-making abilities. The programme also has international accreditations (AMBA and AACSB). PGPGM sessions are conducted at both the SPJIMR Mumbai and Delhi Campuses.
