The Execution Excellence Study Tour is designed to provide a solid foundation and deeper understanding of how organisations can develop capabilities to compete in the short term as well as innovate for future customers and markets.

This evidence-based programme is based on several decades of empirical research with high-performing organisations from various industries including financial services, IT, manufacturing, healthcare, and consumer products. The programme will focus on participants receiving a deeper understanding of four distinct capabilities that are integral to delivering execution excellence: Alignment & Adaptability Systems, People Development Systems, Problem Solving Systems and Daily Management Systems.
