Sapna Malya holds a Ph.D., with a research focus on Capital Markets. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Auditing and Accounting. In her academic career spanning 25 years, she has been a faculty at various leading commerce colleges and business schools and has taught subjects including Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management, and Corporate Finance.
Her research expertise covers topics such as Accounting, Finance, and Entrepreneurship. She has presented her intellectual contributions at conferences and published in popular periodicals. She is currently the Deputy Programme Chairperson for the Post Graduate Diploma in Management Programme at SPJIMR.
