Bindu Kulkarni

Associate Professor, Strategy

Bindu Kulkarni teaches Strategy and Design Thinking at SPJIMR. Her Ph.D. is in the area of Learning and Management Education from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, focusing on ‘Learning styles and business simulations as pedagogy’.

Passionate about pedagogy, her intellectual contributions and research interests include subject matter relating to teaching styles, learning styles, learning outcomes, blue ocean strategy, and design thinking. She has 25 years of overall experience, with a 7-year stint in the industry before joining academics.

In her academic career, she has held administrative leadership positions managing the graduate admissions process and programme management at SPJIMR.
