Sajeev A. George

Operations Supply Chain Management and Quantitative Methods

Sajeev A George holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, in the area of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research with a focus on Supply Chain Management. In his academic career spanning more than 3 decades, he has taught Production Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Service Operations Management at Engineering institutions and Business schools in India.

His research expertise is anchored around Supply Chain Performance Measurement and Performance Benchmarking. His research contributions have been presented in leading national as well as international conferences and published in renowned journals.

His research and efforts have been recognised through ‘Emerald Outstanding Paper Award’ by Emerald and ‘IBM Faculty Award’ by IBM. He has led senior administrative leadership roles at SPJIMR including Programme Chairperson for Post Graduate Diploma in Management Programme (PGDM) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management Programme Business Management (PGDM (BM)).
