Remembering Prof. K. Parameswaran
(1947 - 2023)

The institute deeply mourns the unexpected loss of Prof. Parameswaran. He had been associated with SPJIMR for more than 20 years as an adjunct and later as a visiting faculty in the Finance and Economics department. He was a wonderful teacher and a very humble human being. May his soul rest in peace.

K Parameswaran had over 25 years of academic teaching experience with banking educational institutions, corporate training, and graduate colleges. Prior to joining academics, he had worked with the Apex Indian Bank for 30 years.

With robust enthusiasm for finance and banking, he had conducted executive training programmes with leading corporations in India, Europe, and the US. He had also extended professional services in varied capacities for notable events with distinguished apex organisations and their local as well as international chapters.
