Nirja Mattoo

Honorary Visiting Faculty, General Management

Nirja Mattoo holds a Ph.D. from the University of Mumbai. An avid social worker, she has always been on the frontier to implement impactful novel ideas and projects of significant social importance. In her extensive career spanning 4 decades, she has held critical leadership roles with eminent organisations such as Aga Khan Social Welfare Board & CASP, spearheading projects of social good and community development.

At SPJIMR, she held the chairpersonship of one of the SPJIMR’s erstwhile Centres of Excellence – Development of Corporate Citizenship (DoCC) for 18 years. She is a fervent researcher, with her intellectual contributions being published in notable periodicals and presented at regional forums and conferences.
