Raghuram R is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at SPJIMR and has a Ph.D. in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA). He has completed Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX) from IIMA and B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Anna University. He was awarded the Chaudhary-Padmanabahn-Pant Award for scholastic performance by a first-year Ph.D. student in IIMA.
Raghuram has more than eleven years of industry experience in Retail Sales, B2B Sales and Operations Management. His current research focuses on the unintended negative implications due to digital marketing. His core research interests include digital consumer behaviour, electronic word of mouth, price promotions and the impact of digital marketing.
