Jyoti Jagasia is a faculty in teh area of Information Management & Analytics at SPJIMR and has a strong teaching interest in Digital Transformation using Cloud, AI, and Machine Learning. She holds a Ph.D. from the Birla Institute of Technology and her doctoral research focused on Software Systems.
Prior to joining academics in 2008, she worked in the industry for 20 years with leading roles in e-learning and R&D in the training & education industry in India. She has made notable intellectual contributions through journal publications, books, and book chapters, as well as a range of articles published in periodicals.
She has demonstrated passionate research interest in areas such as knowledge management using communities of practice in higher education, with her recent interest in learning during Covid times.
