Mentoring is essential in today’s world to motivate individuals and drive high performing professional teams. Prof. Shah is Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University, having 25 years of work experience in the areas of Organization Behaviour and Strategic HR across three domains - Teaching, Research and Consulting.
