Ashneet Kaur specialises in the integration of entrepreneurship and human resource management domain. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She has completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce and her Master of Commerce from the Delhi School of Economics.
