This 2-day hands-on workshop will equip you with a personal leadership plan and skills to navigate the leadership maze. Through this programme, you will:

A consultative approach would be used during the workshop to engage participants in collaborative dialogue, harness diverse perspectives, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Derive valuable insights from psychometric assessments to enhance your leadership presence

  • Understand group dynamics and appreciate individual and team skills through management games and outbound exercises.
