To create and disseminate ideas for a more responsible and sustainable society by bringing together organisations, researchers, and wisdom traditions.
VISION
The Centre seeks to become a platform for creating insights and designing practices in organisations, at the intersection of Leadership and Wisdom, East and West.
Build a global network to share and disseminate knowledge in the areas of leadership and how it can be informed by wisdom traditions.
The network will bring together multiple partners such as corporate organizations, non-profits, the public sector, management schools, universities, and research centres.
By creating a meeting ground for an exchange of ideas between the East and the West, the Centre wishes to open opportunities for knowledge creation by researching, teaching, and learning from wisdom traditions.
The approach to creation of knowledge will be multi-disciplinary and will draw from findings in areas like neurosciences, philosophy, developmental and organizational psychology, spirituality, ethics, sustainability, economics & sociology, and leadership.
Design and impart practical wisdom-based interventions for profit and non-profit organizations.
The offerings will include leadership and executive education programs, seminars and workshops, modular on-line courses, a practitioner-oriented journal, and annual conferences on wisdom in business.
