Arundhati brings over 18 years of experience in senior leadership roles at Infosys, ITC Infotech, IBM and EY, specialising in global talent management and large-scale HR transformation. Drawing on her industry experience and conversations with more than 100 corporate leaders, her research explores how leadership behaviours, traits and styles evolve as organisations adapt to technology-driven business environments. Outside work, Arundhati enjoys trekking, literature, cinema and exploring culture. She is particularly interested in human creativity, from analysing great films to discovering unique handcrafted artisanal products.
