Spending time at INSEAD, France, was nothing short of extraordinary. It wasn’t just about learning—it was about unlearning, questioning, and reshaping perspectives. From engaging sessions with world-class professors to immersive company visits, every moment pushed me to think deeper and broader.
One of the most thought-provoking aspects was exploring leadership and organisational change with Prof. Bala Vissa and Prof. Vikas Aggarwal. Their sessions made me realise that leadership isn’t just about taking charge; it’s about inspiring and navigating change while aligning people, culture, and execution. The change management simulation was a powerful reminder that even the best strategies can fail without the right mindset and adaptability.
Diving into strategy and digital transformation, Prof. Chengyi Lin challenged us to see technology not as a tool but as a fundamental enabler of agility and growth. Prof. Ithai Stern encouraged us to go beyond textbook frameworks and focus on what truly drives sustainable success. Their insights made me rethink how businesses need to evolve in a rapidly shifting world.
Beyond the classroom, stepping into the real-world dynamics of Juisci and L’Oréal was eye-opening. Witnessing how global giants innovate and scale reinforced the importance of flawless execution—because a brilliant idea alone is never enough.
A special mention to Giorgio Delpiano, whose unwavering support and mentorship during our live consulting project made a world of difference. His guidance helped us push our thinking beyond conventional boundaries and create meaningful impact.
None of this would have been possible without SPJIMR, and I’m deeply grateful to Prof. Anshul Verma, PGPM Chairperson and Prof. Amol Dhaigude, PGPM Deputy Chairperson, for their encouragement throughout this journey. INSEAD has left an indelible mark on me, and I carry forward these lessons with immense gratitude!
