Through REIN Labs, Saurabh and his team work closely with individuals, educational institutions and incubators to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship. Over the last 10 years, they have coached and mentored over 500+ start-up teams and 200+ college project teams.
With over 25 years of professional experience in manufacturing and e-commerce, Saurabh has an impressive background in digital retail solutions and product management. He has worked with leading global retailers and brands such as Target, eBay, Walmart, Staples, Sears, and Home Depot, helping them develop merchandising analytics, digital marketing, and digital content platforms. In addition to his role at REIN Labs, Saurabh is the Founder and CEO of Contexio, a company offering information management and insights solutions to global brands and marketplaces. With 200+ employees, Contexio is one of the top 3 agencies in the space of digital information solutions in India.
Saurabh has been actively involved as a mentor and advisor to start-ups and entrepreneurial initiatives. He is a mentor at CIBA (Navi Mumbai) and has served on national juries for programmes such as initiatives like NIC, YUKTI, and SIH for MHRD, as well as the MSINS Maharashtra Start-up Week. He is deeply committed to enabling young innovators to create impactful solutions and believes in building societal capabilities for self-driven change.
He has been running Takshashila Prabodhini, a Trust that has been working with children from low socio-economic backgrounds in the field of Education since 2010. Through Takshashila, his team runs Khichdi Abhyasikas in 30+ locations in Navi Mumbai and Thane, where they provide healthy food and education through a co-curricular education curriculum focused on developing values (sanskaar) and logical aptitude in children.
Saurabh holds a degree in electrical engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE) and a Diploma in Marketing Management from Welingkar Institute of Management.
