Prasad Menon is the CEO of the Centre for Incubation and Business Acceleration (CIBA), a Technology Business Incubator supported by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. At CIBA, Prasad leads initiatives that foster innovation, support startups, and accelerate the growth of early-stage businesses. His focus is on helping entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of business development, strategic planning, and scaling operations.

Before joining CIBA, Prasad’s career spanned over 25 years across multiple industries, including fashion, technology, and consumer goods. He has held leadership positions at prominent companies such as Reliance Brands, Nokia (VERTU), Mexx Europe Holding B.V., and Perfetti Van Melle. His experience includes driving business growth, brand management, and expanding market reach for global brands.

Prasad is also an educator and serves as an Adjunct Faculty at Fr. Agnels Business School (FCRIMS), where he teaches MBA students, bringing his industry experience into the classroom. Additionally, he is an active participant in the startup ecosystem, advising several startups, and offering insights on innovation, strategic planning, and business acceleration.
