Chandrashekar Kupperi is a seasoned finance professional and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience across sectors such as FMCG, Life Insurance, Audit & Assurance, and Oil & Gas. He is the Founder of ANOVA Corporate Services, an investment banking and advisory firm that has facilitated several notable M&A transactions.

As a General Partner at Peaceful Progress, a SEBI-registered category-1 angel fund, Chandrashekar actively invests in early-stage technology-led, consumer-focused and mobility (such as EV, Drone, SpaceTech) businesses.

An active angel investor, he has personally invested in more than 30 startups and has been offering strategic insights to startups, leveraging his deep expertise in M&A and financial advisory.

Chandrashekar’s career includes leadership roles with renowned multinationals such as ExxonMobil, KPMG, and Lornamead Group, where he served as Group Finance Director. He played a pivotal role in over 11 acquisitions and 4 divestments, including the 100% divestment of the Lornamead Group to Li & Fung and the sale of iconic brands like Yardley to Wipro Consumer Care and Tura to Godrej Consumer Care.

A recipient of multiple prestigious awards, Chandrashekar was honoured with the ‘Rashtriya Udyog Ratna Award’ for his contributions to national economic growth and job creation in the SME sector. Barclays Capital recognised him with the ‘Secret Weapon’ award for his outstanding role in the divestment of Lornamead Group to Li & Fung.
