Abhijeet Gaan is the Managing Director and CEO of Rite Water Solutions (India) Pvt Ltd, a cleantech enterprise dedicated to improving the quality of life in rural communities through its work in clean water, wastewater treatment, solar agricultural solutions, and digital IoT applications. With more than 17 years of experience in the cleantech sector, Abhijeet steers the company with a commitment to technological innovation aimed at tackling the global water crisis and generating a positive social impact.

Prior to his current role, Abhijeet built his professional expertise with internships at Colgate Palmolive and i2 Technologies. He is known for his robust operational and project management abilities, skillfully leading, motivating, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. His leadership style at Rite Water is characterised by a dedication to achieving superior outcomes for both clients and the environment, facilitated by partnerships with a range of stakeholders.

Abhijeet holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering from BITS Pilani and an MBA in marketing from SPJIMR, Mumbai. His exceptional contributions to the water solutions industry have been recognised with awards such as the BITSAA Global 30 Under 30 and the SPJIMR Alumni Excellence Award in the entrepreneurship category.
