Blended PGDM curriculum and programme structure

The Blended PGDM programme curriculum is customised to help working professionals achieve their career goals, including transitioning into leadership roles or shifting across domains and sectors. This blended Master’s-level curriculum is curated to align with industry requirements, with courses developed by our experienced faculty in consultation with industry experts. It enables participants to build a strong understanding of functional areas and excel at business decision-making with cross-functional impact.

To make participants industry-ready, the Blended PGDM programme incorporates experiential learning through curated immersive experiences, two campus immersions, and application-oriented live projects. Participants will also benefit from regular interactions with entrepreneurs and industry leaders under a mentorship programme. A heterogeneous peer group further supports the development of competencies such as problem-solving, leadership and communication, accountability, and social sensitivity.

The teaching pedagogy includes live sessions by SPJIMR core and visiting faculty supported by pre-recorded videos explaining key concepts, case analyses and discussions, simulations, tutorials, and peer learning through group work sessions.
