Following the keynote addresses, a panel discussion was moderated by Mr. Bhishm Chugani, Director, Career Services, SPJIMR. The panel comprised of industry leaders, including Achint Jain (WTW), Ajay Venkatesh (Accenture), Digwanta Chakraborty (Trinity Life Sciences), Sahil Nayar (KPMG), Aarti Bhandari (TCS), and Megha Gupta (Fiserv), discussed “The Future of Campus Recruitment in India.” The panel touched on topics such as emerging trends, best practices, and challenges facing the industry.

Mr. Sahil Nayar, emphasised the critical role of effective Training and Placement Officer (TPO) management in campus recruitment. He said, ” In today’s highly competitive job market, it’s not enough for companies to simply offer attractive compensation packages and career growth opportunities to attract the top talent. It’s equally important for TPOs to effectively communicate the value proposition of these job offers to students and create a win-win situation for both the organisation and the talent.”

Mr. Bhishm Chugani, emphasised the importance of identifying the unique talents and career goals of students and matching them with opportunities that align with their interests and aspirations. This approach can create mutually beneficial outcomes for both organisations and talented students.

“We are excited to bring together some of the best minds in the industry to discuss the latest trends and challenges in campus recruitment,” said Mr Ramesh Mishra, Assistant Director – Marketing, SPJIMR. “The TPO Summit 2023 in Delhi was an informative and engaging event for all attendees.”
