SPJIMR welcomes PGDM Online Cohort 1

SPJIMR inaugurated the very first cohort of PGDM Online on Nov 30, 2023 adding another milestone to its rich legacy. The inaugural cohort exemplifies diversity with participants from varied geographical locations including New York, Prague, amongst others and representing various sectors like manufacturing, IT, banking, consulting, e-commerce, telecommunication, retail, etc. With over seven years of average work experience, this dynamic group brings diverse perspectives to the programme.
The inauguration commenced with a welcome address from PGDM Online Chairperson Prof. Debmallya Chatterjee. SPJIMR Dean Prof. Varun Nagaraj encouraged the batch to embrace new learnings and emphasised the potential for a more knowledgeable perspective. Chief Guest Rupal Nayar, Head of Content and Credentials, Coursera, inspired the batch to cultivate empathy, practice active listening, and embrace continuous learning in today’s dynamic world. SPJIMR has partnered with the leading online learning platform Coursera to offer a world-class learner management system for PGDM Online programme.
