SPJIMR’s Centre for Family Business & Entrepreneurship (CFBE) successfully concluded the 13th edition of Confluence on February 19, 2025. An event specifically designed as a cross-programme integration to enhance practical learning and collaboration at the same time. Confluence brought together Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) participants and participants from the Family Managed Business (FMB) programme, creating a robust platform for addressing real-world business challenges.
The event showcased an impressive cohort of participants, organised into diverse teams, who engaged in intensive brainstorming sessions to examine the challenges faced by various enterprises. Their objective was to formulate innovative and practical solutions aimed at driving substantial business growth.
Confluence 2025 involving participants of PGDM 26 and FMB 35, placed a strong emphasis not only on problem-solving but also on facilitating a meaningful exchange of knowledge. PGDM participants gained invaluable insights into the multifaceted nature of family businesses, while FMB participants benefitted from fresh perspectives on structured problem-solving and consulting methodologies.
