  • What is the difference between an Executive MBA and SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Programme in General Management (Executive)?

On successful completion, participants receive an AICTE-approved PGDM – Executive Management Programme.

Both MBA and PGDM are recognised postgraduate management qualifications accepted by employers.

Many one-year Executive MBA programmes offered by IIMs are full-time residential programmes, requiring participants to take a career break.
