  • What is the selection process? Do I have to prepare for the same?

    Selection process

The purpose of the admission process is to understand the ‘starting point’ of the skills and traits of a student before entering the course. What is checked is the person’s skills like common sense, commercial sense, communication, interaction, dealing with people etc. The best advice we can give is that the candidate should be his/her usual ‘himself’ or ‘herself’. While it is possible to prepare oneself, it is really not necessary, as can be seen from the explanation given below, to understand what generally happens in the admission tests.

Our selection process lays considerable emphasis on the ability of the candidate to put in time and effort for this programme, his/her managerial aptitude, maturity, ethics, and values.

    Personal interview

The interview style is mostly conversational. In general, one does not need to prepare for the interview. You may brush up your communication skills and practice poise to sound focused, confident, and keen.

    Case analysis

In addition to the interview, the participants will undergo a case analysis round.

  • When will the results of the selection be announced?

We will share the information to the selected candidates by email.

  • What is the qualification that I will earn after successfully completing the programme?

The successful participants will be awarded the AICTE-approved Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)-Executive Management Programme.

  • How do I get a loan?

We recommend that you take an education loan from any public and private sector banks that you are comfortable with.

  • Is there any scholarship available?

No, since this programme is for working executives, we don’t offer a scholarship.

  • Is there any special housing arrangement for married students?

No, currently we do not offer campus residence for participants of this programme.
