PGPGM admission process

PGPGM is an AICTE-approved 2-year diploma programme for working professionals. With sessions on every alternate weekend, it is specially designed for busy executives with four or more years of work experience who do not want to take a career break for further studies. On successfully completing the programme, participants will be awarded the AICTE-approved diploma, “PGDM- Executive Management Programme”.

For NCR participants, weekend sessions will be held at the Delhi Campus, with annual immersions at the Mumbai Campus. Weekend sessions will be held for Maharashtra participants at the Mumbai campus. Candidates from other states can attend sessions at either one of these campuses.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline. Minimum 50% marks are required in graduation and a minimum of 4 years of work experience after graduation.

Application process

  • Participants can apply online through this link.
  • The application form needs to be filled out and submitted online along with specified documents.
  • The application processing fee is ₹1500/- and has to be paid online.
  • The application processing fee is non-refundable
  • Interviews of eligible candidates will be conducted on a rolling basis.
  • Applicants will be informed through email about the date of the selection process by the PGPGM office.

Documents required for application

  • A valid score for any one of the listed admission tests. If the test has not yet been taken, the date and registration for the test need to be submitted.
  • Attested true copies of complete employment proof (preferably attested by a gazetted officer). This includes relieving letters from previous employers and offers/promotion letters from present employers as per details mentioned in section III above. If self-attested copies are submitted, then original documents must be verified at the SPJIMR office.
  • Attested true copies of complete educational proof (preferably attested by a gazetted officer). This includes mark sheets and passing certificates of X, XII, graduation, post-graduation, etc., as per details mentioned in section II above. If self-attested copies are submitted, then original documents must be verified at the SPJIMR office.

Selection process

Our selection process lays emphasis on the applicant’s work experience, managerial aptitude as well as maturity, values and achievements. Applicants need to ensure that they will be able to put in the time & effort required for this programme. The focus of the selection process will be on the following:

  • Admission test score
  • Case analysis score
  • Personal Interview
  • Past academic record
  • Applicant profile, achievements and work experience

PGPGM admissions follow the rolling interview process. Deserving candidates receive an offer letter even before the closing date of admissions. Rolling admissions and early offers help applicants plan their work commitments.
