SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Programme in General Management (PGPGM) is a two-year weekend programme ideally suited for mid-career professionals who wish to pursue an Executive MBA without taking a career break. Participants are awarded the AICTE-approved diploma, “PGDM – Executive Management Programme”, on successfully completing the PGPGM programme. Our world-class faculty deploys a unique application-oriented pedagogy that relates classroom activities and assignments to the programme participant’s work context.
