Across India, Navratri celebrates the victory of good over evil. At S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), we celebrate the victory of knowledge and our values of integrity, empathy and responsible leadership.
The Institute marked the nine days of Navratri by dressing up in the designated colour of the day, turning the campus into a moving palette of festive spirit. Teams from across the Institute threw themselves into lively contests: best photo by team (using AI), best trending reel, dance/Garba reel, AI-powered dance/Garba reel, best dressed and best dance. Each entry showed creativity, teamwork and a healthy dose of humour, while the AI-led categories showed colleagues putting new tools to imaginative use.
The celebrations culminated in a vibrant Garba evening on Monday, 19th October 2026. Colleagues turned up in their finest traditional attire and filled the campus with music, laughter and energetic dance, setting aside their everyday professional roles for a few joyful hours.
“What makes celebrations like these special is not merely the festivities themselves, but the sense of belonging, camaraderie and togetherness they foster within our SPJIMR family,” said Daya Sajanani, Head of Human Resources at SPJIMR.
