Santosh Kumar has over two decades of diverse experience in various areas such as innovation, startups, fundraising, Fintech & MediaTech space. As the Head of Innovation at Citi India Markets, he has an in-depth understanding of Fintechs and startups. He serves on the board of Young Leaders Council, AIMA; Committee member TIE Bangalore FinTech; Mentors startups at IIT Bombay, IIM Bangalore, Stanford Seed Spark South Asia, Symbiosis Centre for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, PES University, Kerala StartupUp Mission, Karnataka Digital Economy Mission, Startup Leadership Program India, and Atal Incubation Centres.
Previously, he held various leadership roles, including COO at GoQuest Media Ventures, CEO of Digibooster, and Co-Founder CEO SpotPlay.
Santosh has a track record of co-founding and leading successful businesses alongside an ability to identify investment opportunities & managing risks. He co-founded SpotPlay in 2016 and took up the CEO role. Under his leadership, SpotPlay created an innovative, award-winning product and gained acquisition interest from NH Studioz and Ola.
