He has worked with leading banks and financial institutions such as ICICI Bank, IDFC Bank, and Fullerton HFC, where he held top positions in business, credit, risk, product, policy, and strategy. He was also the Chief Risk Officer (Retail) of IDFC Bank and Fullerton HFC. He is currently associated with a few NBFCs/ Fintechs as a Board Member / Advisor and a senior consultant/ practitioner in the financial services field.
Parag is a Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, and a law graduate, with a strong academic background and a keen interest in teaching and mentoring. He has been an industry and guest faculty at various top business schools in India.
