Ajay Srinivasan is a visionary leader in the financial services sector with over three decades of experience across Asia and in India, two thirds of which was spent as a CEO. He started his career with ICICI and was the first CEO of the JV between ICICI and Prudential in the asset management industry. Post that he has held leadership positions in Asia and India and has a track record of setting up and scaling businesses.
His last executive role was with Aditya Birla Capital Limited (‘ABCL’) which he joined as CEO in 2007 and which is today one of the largest non-bank financial services players in India with a strong presence in insurance, asset management and lending.
Through his career, he has built strong teams and built scale businesses from scratch, leveraging innovation and customer centricity as two strong pillars.
