SPJIMR seeks the following qualities in aspiring candidates: academic ability, emotional maturity, value sensitivity, leadership potential, and desire to learn. The selection process is designed to assess the readiness and aspiration of the applicants to return to the corporate career. The applications are shortlisted on the basis of the following criteria:

  • Minimum four years of full-time work experience
  • A minimum of one-year career break
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
  • GMAT/NMAT/CAT/XAT score*

Eligibility

  • Minimum 4 years of full-time work experience.
  • Minimum one year of a career break.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Entrance score: A valid GMAT/NMAT/CAT/XAT score is required for admission as fulfilling criteria. The scores are not used in the selection process.
  • Applicants who do not have their scores while filling the application form can still apply.
  • It is mandatory to submit the entrance exam scores by 31st December.

  • Applicants will need to fill and submit the online application form.
  • The application processing fee is INR 1200. This fee is non-refundable.

Selection process

  • The selection process takes into account the applicants overall profile, academic records, work experience and performance in the group and the personal interview. Both interviews are held online.
