Career building is a lifelong journey. PGMPW as a programme served as an ideal platform to restart this journey from which women have taken a hiatus. PGMPW has received tremendous support and an overwhelming response from the Industry in bringing women back to the workforce.
The Career Services office manages the campus placement process. After the completion of the Internship project in September, placement commences in October and continues till December following a rolling placement system. The process starts with a series of Pre-Placement Talks (PPT) by recruiters for the participants followed by the interview process.
