PGEPF Admission Process

The programme is designed for mid to senior management professionals working in BFSI or Technology sectors. It is ideal for individuals holding positions such as AVP/ VP/ SVP/ Associate Director/ Director/ Senior Director in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI) Sector, Technology Companies, Consulting Firms & Fintechs /Start-ups. The programme is broad-based to deliver value to individuals working in strategy, sales, marketing & relationship management, project management, data analysis, or software development.

The programme has 50 seats only. Hence the admission process is highly competitive and designed to identify the most qualified candidates who possess the skills, experience, and potential to become future leaders in the industry.

Professional Experience: Applicants must possess professional experience in AVP/ VP/ SVP/ Associate Director/ Director/ Senior Director roles demonstrating an understanding of or strong interest in the BFSI sector and Technology sector.

Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, finance, or business administration is preferred.

Leadership Potential: The candidates must demonstrate strong leadership potential and an ability to drive innovation in their organisation. As this programme emphasises interdisciplinary collaboration and client engagement, applicants should possess excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship management abilities.

Motivation and Interest: Candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in Fintech, AI/ML, data science, and blockchain technologies, as well as a strong desire to expand their knowledge and skills in these areas. A passion for innovation and staying abreast of the latest industry trends is highly valued. Participants must be open to acquiring new knowledge and skills, adapting to changing technologies and market dynamics, and embracing a lifelong learning mindset.

  • Relieving letters from previous Organisation
  • Bonafide Certificate from the HR department certifying the status of employment & years of experience on company letterhead

Selection Process

  • Shortlisted candidates from Round 2 will be invited for an online interaction with a panel comprising of both academicians and industry experts.
  • In this interaction, the focus will be to assess in person the candidate’s professional background, endeavours in diverse fields of interest and noteworthy past achievements.
