PGP-MBM admission process
PGP-MBM intakes two batches every year and has rolling admissions throughout the year. The selection process prioritises high-potential individuals who are ambitious and want to pursue management training for advancing their careers, who are motivated to learn and execute with precision, who have diversity in experience, and who possess the ability to work while pursuing a management degree. In a participant profile, the following criteria are preferred requirements.
Academic profile:
Consistent past academic records are a prerequisite to assessing the individual’s ability to succeed at PGP-MBM. Past academic performance and intellectual curiosity are considered important attributes that add value to the application.
Professional development and goals:
Significant attention is given to the length of time spent in a management role and progression in job responsibilities. Value is placed not only on the type of work but more on the experiences gained from that work.
Personal qualities:
Personal leadership qualities, such as ethics, integrity, self-motivation, empathy, communication skills and personal style. Personal capacity to challenge yourself, go beyond the comfort zone and personal learnings from successes and failures. Accomplishments in extracurricular activities play a significant part in the selection process as these accomplishments make an individual well-rounded and reflect the desire to make a difference in their environment.
