SPJIMR faculty receives the 2023 Young Service Researcher (YSR) Award

We are delighted to announce that SPJIMR’s Prof. Dhrithi Mahadevan has been awarded the 2023 Young Service Researcher (YSR) Award by the International Research Symposium in Service Management (IRSSM), sponsored by the Journal of Service Management. This is a prestigious research award to motivate and support emerging researchers. One of the key objectives of this award is to promote high impact research and also to nurture research collaborations between the award recipients and researchers from the sponsoring Centre/University.
The International Research Symposium in Service Management was initiated in 2010 as part of the Service Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) Initiative. It is an annual Symposium hosted successively by different universities around the world.
The entire SPJIMR community takes immense pride in the accomplishments of its faculty members. This recognition is a significant accomplishment and an inspiration for the larger academic community.
