Jerome Francis Victor is a development management professional with over 23 years of experience in programme management, monitoring and evaluation, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and organisational development across the social development sector. His professional experience spans climate resilience, sustainable agriculture, disability inclusion, community development, local governance, and CSR-funded initiatives. An alumnus of SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Programme in Development Management, he also holds postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management and Rural Technology. His doctoral research interests focus on understanding how organisations create social value through sustainability-oriented practices, human resource systems, and impact measurement frameworks.
