To prepare participants for lifetime employability
Career Development Cell assists participants from career profiling till interview assistance to prepare them for lifetime employability. The cell helps to discover opportunities based on their domain background, qualifications and previous work experiences. One-on-one interaction sessions are held with the in-house team of faculty members and industry experts.

Corporate Internship Project
Corporate Internship Project
The internship is an important and integral part of the curriculum where the participants work on a project with an organisation for 6 weeks during July – September. The corporate project provides the participants an opportunity to apply the various concepts learnt in their functional domain. The on-site project also provides the participants with an opportunity to get first-hand experience and feel of returning to the corporate world.
The project is a mandatory academic requirement. Upon successful completion of the same, the participants have to present their report to the organisation and to the institute.

Final Placements
PGMPW Placements commences in October right after the completion of the Internship project in September and continues till December.
The process involves sharing the batch profile with the companies, shortlisting resumes, and organizing interviews (on-campus/off-campus).
In 2021 PGMPW has received tremendous support and overwhelming response from the Industry in bringing women back to the workforce.
