SPJIMR inaugurates an MDP for Total Oil India, a part of Total S.A. of France. The company has multiple business interests in India including lubricants, LPG, bitumen, special fluids, additives, etc. and employs over 550 employees.
The MDP is a Capability Development Programme for Total Oil, a customised in-company offering that will span several months and will be rolled out to two batches of senior management.
Dr. Vanita Bhoola, Head of SPJIMR’s MDPs, welcomed the participants and offered insights on the larger SPJIMR story and how the school influences practice and promotes value-based growth.
The Chief Guest, Mr. Felix Boni, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Total Oil India, spoke on leadership skills to build on professional capabilities.
SPJIMR faculty members Dr. Snehal Shah, Prof. Preobroto Ganguly, Prof. Umesh Dhand, Dr. Mihir Ajgaonkar, and Prof. Keith D’Souza were present and spoke to the participants.
