Ajinkya Navare

Ajinkya Navare holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, with a research focus on Spirituality in Workplace and Positive Psychology. He embarked on his career in academics in 2012 and has expanded his research and teaching engagements with leading management institutions in India.

His research interests are anchored on topics including Karma Yoga, Workplace Spirituality and Positive Psychology, with his intellectual contributions in journal publications, book publications, and conference presentations. His research efforts have been recognised and acclaimed.

He has been honoured with ‘Best Paper Award’ by INDAM and IISc, respectively and ‘Most Cited Paper Award’ by Wiley. He is a faculty in the area of General Management at SPJIMR.
