Tanvi Mankodi holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Her doctoral research focused on Workplace Incivility and Its Implications for HR Systems. She is a faculty in the area of Organisation & Leadership Studies at SPJIMR.
