  • What is SPJIMR’s GMP all about?

    The Global Management Programme (GMP) at SPJIMR is meticulously designed for participants aspiring to global careers. GMP prepares participants to lead international businesses by providing them with the necessary global perspectives and management skills. Participants study at SPJIMR for six months before completing their degree at a leading international partner school in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, or Canada.   • What is the duration the programmes offered by partner schools, after completion of SPJIMR’s GMP?

    The duration of the programme varies between 18 – 24 months depending on the selected international partner school. GMP alumnus Rahul Nair discussed in detail the duration of the programmes offered by partner schools.

  • Are there any benefits of joining the partner schools through GMP, rather than joining them directly?

    The advantages of applying to international partner schools through SPJIMR are numerous, including the ability to transfer credits earned at SPJIMR to gain admission in the second term at the international partner school.   • Is SPJIMR’s GMP a full-time residential programme?

  • Can you briefly describe the admission process of SPJIMR’s GMP?

    Admissions open for 2025 Cohort. SPJIMR-GMP’s partner school forms need to be submitted using the respective links provided. The form is quite a detailed one and will take some time to complete. The online application form will include academic performance, work experience [if any], hobbies and interests and will include candidates’ preference to the partner Schools. One can select a maximum of two Partner Schools. The interviews will be held at SPJIMR Mumbai, SPJIMR Delhi, Bangalore and Kolkata.

    The interview process has two rounds: the first round will be conducted by SPJIMR, which is the elimination round. The second round will be conducted by individual partner schools as per preferences chosen, and each school will conduct its own separate interview. The shortlisted candidates will be informed by email.

  • If I have filled a PGDM form, do I need to go through the entire process again?

    You will have to register separately and create a new login password for the GMP application form. Once done, the common fields between PGDM and GMP forms will be automatically populated. However, there are a few fields that are specific to GMP and will be required to be filled independent of the PGDM form. If you have already filled PGDM form, enter the registration number and submit the form; it will be marked paid.

  • Can I apply for the programme without having a valid CAT/GMAT/GRE score? If yes, what is the latest date within which I will have to update my scores?
