SPJIMR faculty receive Best Paper Award at EURAM 2023

We congratulate professors Vidyut Lata Dhir, Sumita Datta, and Snehal Shah for receiving the “Best Paper Award” in the OBHR track at the European Academy of Management (EURAM Annual Conference 2023 in Dublin. EURAM is a European-based community of engaged management scholars. The theme for their ongoing Annual Conference 2023 is ‘Transforming business for good.’
Prof. Vidyut Lata Dhir presented the paper titled, “Balancing high tech & high touch: An experiential e-learning model for developing relational competencies”, employed qualitative research methods to explore an experiential e-learning model that leverages positive technology-enabled cornerstones of learning viz. emotional arousal, cognitive engagement and social connectedness to develop relational competencies. The study also highlights the theoretical and practical contributions of this research.
The recognition at the EURAM Annual Conference is a significant accomplishment and applauds the intellectual contributions of our faculty and inspires the wider academic community. It also reinforces our Institute’s commitment to creating world-class research that balances rigour with relevance and influences management practice.
