The ‘Future Leader Scholar’ programme empowers high-potential professionals to excel in leadership

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) has collaborated with Coursera to launch the ‘Future Leader Scholar’ programme, a prestigious, merit-based scholarship designed for high-potential professionals applying to SPJIMR’s PGDM Online programme.

As leadership transforms in the GenAI era, professionals must combine technological acumen with core human skills such as strategic thinking, adaptability, empathy, and influence. These attributes remain irreplaceable in an AI-driven world, helping leaders foster trust, drive collaboration, and inspire innovation. This scholarship initiative aims to recognise individuals with the vision and capability to lead with clarity and purpose, making high-quality management education more accessible while building a strong community of future-ready changemakers.

Selected scholars will receive a 30% scholarship on programme fees, full access to Coursera Plus, and mentorship from SPJIMR’s distinguished faculty and alumni.
