SPJIMR welcomes FPM batch 10

SPJIMR inaugurated the 10th batch of its Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolising the commencement of a new academic journey.
Prof. Janakiraman Moorthy, Associate Dean – Academic and Research, extended a warm welcome to the new scholars and emphasised the importance of staying connected, sharing knowledge, and building a strong research network to successfully navigate the evolving academic and industry landscape.
Prof. Bikramjit Ray Chaudhuri, Programme Chairperson, introduced the cohort to the structure and philosophy of the FPM programme, highlighting its core values, key learning outcomes, and the transformative experience it offers to those pursuing careers in research and academia.
The new batch was also introduced to the faculty, current FPM scholars, and support teams who will accompany them throughout their journey at SPJIMR.

The FPM programme at SPJIMR is a doctoral-level programme approved by AICTE and recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to a Ph.D. degree. It is designed to develop world-class researchers and faculty in various management disciplines, fostering rigorous interdisciplinary research on contemporary business challenges. The programme aims to generate knowledge that contributes to a better and more sustainable future.
